Substance Abuse Treatment in Beaumont
- Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for adults.
IOP is an eight-week program that supports adult participants along their path to addiction recovery and is ideal for people seeking continuous treatment after inpatient services and who must balance a busy schedule of work, school, and/or family responsibilities. The Intensive Outpatient Program by Solutions Plus pulls from the 12-Step philosophy as well as a number of proven clinical treatment methods. Activities include individual counseling, chemical dependency education groups, family education groups, family counseling, spirituality awareness, as well as relapse prevention education. This eight-week outpatient treatment program meets three times weekly (Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday) for three-hour sessions facilitated by a licensed chemical dependency counselor.
- Supportive Outpatient Treatment Program (SOP)
SOP is a comprehensive program that combines both individual counseling as well as educational group sessions. This So You Live program is designed for individuals who qualify for less intensive care and who balance work, school, and life responsibilities while participating in the three-month program. Topics covered in the Supportive Outpatient Treatment Program include: common challenges in early recovery, internal and external drug & alcohol triggers, spirituality and emotions in recovery, thinking reports, stages of change, aftercare planning, relapse prevention, sex/ relationships in recovery, and effects of chemicals on the body. This 90-day outpatient treatment program meets two times weekly (Monday and Tuesday).
Individuals, who successfully complete any program within Solutions Plus, are eligible to receive aftercare services for up to 18 months after their program completion date. The So You Live Aftercare Program meets for one hour every week and supports participants in staying well-connected to their peers and counselors by providing a space to discuss any issues or challenges that arise during the recovery processes. This program sets Solutions Plus apart from other addiction centers as few are able to provide ongoing support for patients who complete their stay in an addiction facility.
Specifically designed for patients who meet the criteria for opioid dependence, the So You Live Maintenance Program is an intensive medication-assisted outpatient program. As opioid dependence is on the rise, So you live developed the Maintenance Program to meet the needs of those recovering from opioid addiction and struggling to fulfill their daily responsibilities.
Participants of the program will learn thought stopping techniques, internal & external triggers, common challenges in early recovery and how to overcome them, along with relapse prevention skills. The Maintenance Program requires a minimum three month commitment to participate in weekly individual therapy sessions with a licensed clinician as well as medical monitoring. Admission to the program is determined by the Medical Director.
The program is facilitated by a licensed professional counselor, licensed clinical social worker, licensed marriage and family therapist, psychologist, psychiatrist, licensed chemical dependency counselor, or a Texas State designated intern.
The Solution Plus medical team consists of Texas State designated medical doctors, licensed vocational nurses, licensed registered nurses, and nurse practitioners.
The Maintenance Program is funded through private pay and insurance only.
So you live is dedicated to helping patients reach a higher level of self-awareness and implement healthy life skills on a daily basis.
